The system generates weekly reports with viral topic ideas tailored to each client's niche, serving as a foundation for new content. We also built a complementary system that derives key interview questions from these trends, ensuring client content aligns perfectly with what's going viral. This automation accelerated their content ideation process significantly. The client was so impressed that we're now scaling this into a full AI app that autonomously handles the complete job of a social media creative director.

Accounting Workflow Automation

An accounting firm was managing invoices and expenses from many different sources daily—emails, scans, electronic posts, PDFs—all requiring manual extraction, categorization, and booking. We built two integrated AI workflows: First, an expense receipt processor that photographs invoices, extracts metadata automatically, applies custom booking logic based on expense type, stores everything temporarily in Excel for human review, then auto-books into their accounting software. Second, an invoice processor that ingests PDFs from all sources, filters for actual invoices, extracts key metadata, applies booking rules, prepares Excel for review, auto-books correctly, archives PDFs with intelligent naming (invoice number + supplier + date), generates e-banking files, and reconciles booking vs. banking records. The result: near-complete automation of their manual booking work while maintaining full audit compliance and human oversight.

Medical Practice AI Integration

A Swiss general practice needed to handle many incoming calls daily, manage patient records, and document consultations at scale. We deployed three interconnected systems: An AI receptionist voice agent that answers incoming calls, identifies returning vs. new patients via clinic software integration, books appointments in real-time by finding available slots, performs initial patient anamnesis (medical history taking) to understand chief complaints and symptoms, sends automated email and SMS reminders, and populates appointment notes with this initial assessment—so the doctor has full context minutes before the patient arrives. Second, a mobile app that records doctor-patient consultations, transcribes them in real-time (including Swiss German dialects), and feeds transcriptions to a backend agent. Third, a backend AI agent fully integrated with clinic software that analyzes consultation transcriptions, generates medical reports in multiple formats, prepares insurance documentation, and automatically routes to the appropriate recipients—completely automating their documentation workflow. This system eliminated nearly all manual reception and documentation work.

Sports Academy Inquiry Management

A multi-facility sports club with 5 locations and many different coaches receives a high volume of inquiries every single day from multiple channels—Instagram, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and website forms—all asking about coaching, availability, memberships, and academy programs. Managing responses across all these platforms was chaotic and time-consuming. We built a centralized AI agent system that ingests inquiries from all platforms simultaneously, understands context (which academy, which sport, which coach), generates intelligent, personalized responses, and automatically sends replies back through the original platform (Instagram reply, WhatsApp message, email response, etc.). This eliminated the manual cross-platform response management entirely, ensuring no inquiry falls through the cracks and every customer gets a fast, intelligent response.

Health Insurance Risk Classification

A health insurance company's applicant onboarding process required manual review of questionnaires to assign risk scores and determine outcomes: approved, rejected, or manual review needed. This was slow and inconsistent. We built a two-tier hybrid system: First, a rule-based engine that identifies clear red flags in applicant answers and automatically rejects disqualifying cases. Second, for nuanced cases, a neural network classifier trained on thousands of historical applications from the company's database. The classifier assigns risk scores and categories automatically with high accuracy. This automation replaced the bulk of their manual review work while improving consistency and speed across all applicant evaluations.
